Dr. Jeff Aristoff Joins Camgian as Chief Innovation Officer

STARKVILLE, MS - FEBRUARY 5, 2025 — Camgian Corporation, an award-winning technology company, announced today the hiring of Jeff Aristoff, Ph.D., as its Chief Innovation Officer. In this role, Dr. Aristoff will lead high-risk high-reward initiatives to close kill chains faster via next-generation tracking and advanced artificial intelligence (AI) to address critical national security challenges in air, missile, and space defense.

 

Dr. Aristoff brings 20 years of R&D and leadership experience to Camgian. Previously, he served as Technical Fellow and Senior VP of Technology at Slingshot Aerospace, helping them develop and deploy novel space domain awareness capabilities. Prior to that, he helped found and build Numerica Corporation's Space Division, which was acquired by Slingshot and successfully integrated and expanded under his leadership.

Dr. Aristoff has a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with Computer Science from MIT. He holds multiple patents and is a former NSF Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Princeton University.
